By accessing and using our mental coaching services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services Description

Roy Matalon provides mental coaching services including but not limited to:

One-on-one coaching sessions
Group workshops and seminars
Decision-making clinics
Educational materials and resources

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Attend scheduled sessions punctually
Give 24-hour notice for cancellations
Respect the coaching relationship boundaries
Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking
Refunds are available according to our refund policy
Prices are subject to change with advance notice
Late cancellations may incur charges

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Mental coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with appropriate notice. Refunds will be handled according to our refund policy.
